About Forrest & Co. Consulting
Our Founder
Kerri Forrest is a dynamic business leader, public communicator, and connector, dedicated to driving equitable growth for individuals and organizations. She brings twenty-five years of experience in strategic planning, governance, program direction, and leader development. She also runs a 25-year old, family-owned, commercial real estate development company, focused on creating generational wealth.
Kerri returned to her hometown of Charleston, SC after a 16-year, Emmy award-winning journalism career with US national outlets NBC NEWS, MSNBC and CBS NEWS, and has worked for nonprofits and private foundations directing organizational transitions, collaborative partnerships, fundraising, and diversity initiatives. She holds a BA in Bio-Sciences from Clemson University, an MA in Interactive Journalism from American University and is an Aspen Global Leadership Network Liberty Fellow.
